TOEIC - The new benchmark for BPO/ITES companies

On September 28, 2008 leading ITES companies such as Genpact, Firstsource, WNS, Wipro and 24/7 Customer chose to benchmark their employee's English communication skill level through TOEIC. Over 450 test takers took the test including Korean nationals living in India.
